  • Assistant Account Executives

    As an Assistant Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to grow you skills by working on multiple client engagements and expand your writing capabilities by drafting news announcements, project collateral and client memos and digital content. Strengthen your media relations skills by developing dynamic media pitches and conducting outreach. Participate in team and client meetings and attend client events.

    Requirements

    • Education: college degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Journalism, or a related field
    • Experience: 1-2 years of agency or corporate work experience
  • Senior Account Executive

    As the Senior Account Executive, you’ll be the day-to-day contact for multiple clients, being a trusted contact and relied upon client advocate. You’ll be skilled at delegating and managing AAE and AE staff members, producing on-time, on-budget work, a collaborative mentor and colleague. You’ll have an understanding of client project budgeting and program management and be a proven contributor to growing client business.

    Requirements

    • Education: college degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Journalism or a related field
    • Experience: 4-6 years of agency or corporate work experience
  • Account Supervisor

    As Account Supervisor, you’ll serve as the day-to-day contact for multiple clients and have an understanding of key players in appropriate cities, counties, regions and states. You’ll quickly command OPR client project budgeting, monthly projections, program management, client service, financial management and career growth methodologies You’ll be skilled at delegating and managing AAE, AE, SAE staff members, producing on-time, on-budget work, and operate as a collaborative mentor and colleague. You’ll have a proven ability to grow client business and be a trusted client contact and relied upon client advocate. You’ll exercise your ability to manage “up” to direct supervisor and firm leadership.

    Requirements

    • Education: college degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Journalism or a related field
    • Experience: 5-7 years of agency experience
  • Account Director

    As the Account Director, you’ll manage multiple teams (two Account Supervisors) and requisite revenue streams and possess an understanding of key players in appropriate cities, counties, regions and states. You’ll have the ability to command OPR client project budgeting, monthly projections, program management, client service, financial management and career growth methodologies. You’ll be a proven contributor and emerging leader in winning new business as well as a trusted OPR leader and client advocate. You’ll be skilled at delegating and managing AAE, AE, SAE and AS staff members, producing on-time, on-budget work, operate as a collaborative mentor and colleague, and manage “up” to direct supervisor and firm leadership.

    Requirements

    • Education: college degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Journalism or a related field
    • Experience: 7 – 8 years of agency experience
  • Vice President

    As Vice President, you’ll manage multiple teams (three – four Account Supervisors) and requisite revenue streams and possess an understanding of key players in appropriate cities, counties, regions and states. You’ll have the ability to command OPR client project budgeting, monthly projections, program management, client service, financial management and career growth methodologies. You’ll be skilled at delegating and managing AAE, AE, SAE, and AD staff members, producing on-time, on-budget work, operate as a collaborative mentor and colleague, be a trusted and proven OPR leader winning business, and a client advocate. You’ll exercise the ability to manage “up” to direct supervisor and firm leadership.

    Requirements

    • Education: college degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Journalism or a related field
    • Experience: 8-10 years of agency experience
